FAQ
Quick answers about SkySyndicate, pricing and how it works.
What is SkySyndicate?
SkySyndicate is software for flying syndicates, bringing aircraft, bookings, flight records and day-to-day group activity into one place.
Who is SkySyndicate for?
SkySyndicate is built for flying syndicates and private groups that share one or more aircraft.
How much does SkySyndicate cost?
SkySyndicate costs £15 per aircraft, per month, with all core features included.
Does every member need a subscription?
No. Only one syndicatemember handles billing per aircraft, regardless of how many members are in the group.
Is there a limit on the number of members?
No. You can add as many members as your syndicate needs.
Can billing be transferred to another member?
Yes. Billing responsibility can be transferred whenever needed. The new payer won't be charged until the existing billing period ends, so there's no overlap or double payment.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel at any time, and the aircraft will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Can I join an existing syndicate?
Yes. Ask a member of the syndicate for its invite code, then use it to join the group in SkySyndicate.
How are flight costs calculated?
SkySyndicate calculates what you owe for each flight using the group and aircraft settings, including the configured hourly rate and wet or dry rate policy.
Does SkySyndicate handle payments between members and the syndicate?
No. SkySyndicate calculates the amount owed for a flight, but payment or settlement takes place outside the platform.
Can I export flight records?
Yes. Flight records can be exported as a PDF tech log for printing, sharing or record-keeping.
Where do I get support?
